Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Supersonic Simulation. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
2. Refund Policy (Australian Consumer Law)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, you are entitled to a refund or exchange for a major problem with our product. A major problem is when the item:
Is unsafe or has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known.
Is significantly different from the sample or description.
Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or offer a replacement or refund if it cannot be repaired.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items due to a change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to a fault (major problem), we will cover the return shipping costs.
